The following are pix that have been run through image filters in Adobe Photoshop; This is to show that simple manipulations (using the same artistic effect) can drastically change the look/feel of a photo.

WYSIWYG:

  1. the leftmost picture is the original image/untouched version
  2. the next 2 images were both rendered with Sumi-e (Japanese Inkbrush)

Captions on the pix tell you which stroke widths, pressures and contrast levels I used for each.
